A River Runs Through Us
Join me as I teach about the body’s inner river, the lymphatic system.
We will cover what the lymphatic system is, how it works, and how to recognize the signs of a stagnant inner river.
We will also go over nutritional, herbal, and movement based modalities that will support the flow of the lymphatic system.
Finally, we will review how the earth’s rivers change seasonally, and how they reflect what is going on in our own rivers.
The workshop is $40 for 2 hours of education. Lymphatic supportive herbal infusions and snacks provided!

Teaching at: Montana Herbal Festival
Join me at the Montana Herbal Festival as I teach about our body's inner river, the lymphatic system, through a functional and herbal lens. Learn what the lymphatic system is, how it operates, and how we can support it by working with the proper foods, lymphagogues and movement, as well as why it is so important that we live seasonally and in tune with nature.

Soil & Cycles
Soil & Cycles is a cycle health and herbal workshop co-hosted by Sophie Hewey of Old Daisy Farm and Lauren Bailey of Rootfolk Nutrition.
Join Sophie, Fertility Awareness and Reproductive Health Educator, and Lauren Bailey, Student Master of Science - Human Nutrition & Functional Medicine and Herbalist, as we harvest regeneratively grown food, enjoy a farm-to-table lunch, learn cycle literacy, and how to support the female body with herbs throughout the cycle.
